Disclose
Where data becomes reporting
A single story, consistent across all channels and defensible in any review setting. MESA unifies financial and sustainability reporting in one platform, with data that is traceable, reusable and ready for every disclosure framework.
Overview
The DISCLOSE process at a glance
DISCLOSE is the fourth and final step in MESA’s operating cycle: the phase in which what has been planned, governed and executed becomes structured disclosure to external and internal stakeholders. It is a continuous process of publication, validation and communication, powered by a single certified data source.
DISCLOSE closes the cycle and reopens it: the outcomes of reporting become structured inputs for the next PLAN phase.
Key inputs
Validated and reconciled datasets of financial data and ESG KPIs, documented control tests, updated carbon accounting, closed remediation plans, consolidated due diligence data and a complete audit trail of data, changes and approvals.
Process outputs
Consolidated financial statement integrated with ESG data in iXBRL/xHTML format, CSRD-ready sustainability report, structured responses to ESG rating questionnaires, compliance reports for board and authorities, ESG communications to investors and stakeholders, anti-greenwashing documentation with traceability of published claims.
Artificial Intelligence
How AI supports DISCLOSE
MESA’s AI supports the DISCLOSE phase by automating recurring activities and reducing the risk of inconsistencies across data, frameworks and communication channels.
Tagging and regulatory disclosure
AI handles iXBRL tagging natively and supports the pre-filling of disclosures based on the data already available on the platform.
Consistency and content verification
AI detects inconsistencies and information gaps between financial and ESG data and verifies the consistency of ESG claims against certified data.
Ratings and submissions
AI agents pre-fill the questionnaires of the main ESG rating agencies, track submissions and monitor how scores evolve over time.
