MESA celebrates twenty years of activity. An important milestone, the beginning of a new phase for a group that has made responsible innovation its identity.

For two decades, MESA has been pursuing a simple yet powerful idea: innovating with integrity. Its history is made of people who believe in the value of legality, honesty and transparency as the foundations of progress. Every project stems from respect for the rules, for people and for the environment, because technology only makes sense if it improves the lives of those who use it.

Since 2005, the year it was founded at the University Campus of Savona by Matteo Giudici, Alessandro Gaudino and Lorenzo Basso, traceability, confidentiality and equal opportunities have not been merely principles, but daily practices. The goal has remained unchanged: to support companies with innovative technological solutions and methodologies, looking ahead to digital transformation with vision.

Over time, MESA has built an ecosystem in which expertise, responsibility and collaboration fuel sustainable growth. The “quick & agile” approach allows the group to face every challenge with curiosity and speed, without ever losing sight of what matters: work ethics and respect for people. Today MESA is an international group that works with over 250 clients, Italian and global centers of excellence in various sectors.

MESA’s history spans two decades of technological revolutions and shifts in business paradigms. From the very beginning, the synergy with companies has fostered steady growth: from the first software for financial management, to Governance, Risk & Compliance methodologies, through to the pioneering vision of 2018 with the platform dedicated to ESG processes and sustainability. A choice that anticipated global trends, recognizing the central role of environmental and social impact in business strategy.

The journey was further strengthened by the acquisition of OVERNET, an IT training center and organizer of WPC, the largest Italian conference on Microsoft technologies, which in 2024 exceeded 1,000 registrants and 400 participating companies.

In recent years the group has embraced generative artificial intelligence, integrating it natively into its own solutions and opening up to the Legal sector as well. From the cloud to AI, every challenge faced has been turned into a springboard for growth.

A journey that has led MESA to be awarded the Microsoft Digital Transformation Champ Award – Cloud for Sustainability, to take part in the Microsoft Envision AI Connection, and to be selected by Verdantix among the best global providers of sustainability technologies, the only Italian group in the ranking.

Today the new MESA platform represents the natural evolution of this journey: an extended ecosystem that integrates Finance, ESG, Risk & Compliance and covers the entire cycle of financial, ESG and integrated reporting, combining strategy, sustainability and compliance in a single intelligent solution, supported by training and consulting with certified partners.

The group is made up of over 150 professionals spread across the offices of Savona, Genoa and Milan. A set of diverse and complementary skills, united by a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement. MESA’s strength lies in its collective energy: a team that works in synergy to push innovation one step further every day.

This commitment goes beyond the company’s boundaries: MESA supports non-profit education and culture projects, values diversity and promotes inclusion through concrete initiatives to reduce the gender gap in IT. An environment founded on transparency, meritocracy and collaboration , where every person is valued for the results achieved and for their unique contribution to shared growth.

Twenty years of shared growth do not mark a finish line, but the beginning of a new phase. The future is the next challenge. And it is only the beginning.

For 20 years, MESA Group has been the strategic partner that helps companies unlock their potential, through solutions based on artificial intelligence and innovative servicesFrom risk management & compliance to sustainability, from cyberdefense to finance and legal processes, we help organizations optimize processes and make better decisions in a constantly changing context.

Thanks to the experience, efficiency, flexibility of our offering, and a center of training excellence, we turn change into a concrete opportunity for companies in Italy and around the world.

MESA celebra vent’anni di attività.
